These clients had a weathered, poorly constructed and unsafe front porch. We tore it down and constructed a new – properly built – porch with composite decking and railings, a new set of stairs, vinyl lattice and trim below the porch with a gate access. We also installed a new retaining wall to dress up the front yard.
